Membership Qualification Criteria

An agency applicant, before it could be admitted to the OPAP, has to:

1.    Present proof of valid POEA License;
2.    Submit a fully-accomplished application form; and 
3.    Pay the membership fee of One Thousand Pesos(P1, 000.00)
